I decided to play with a fine point pen today. Even though there isn’t a lot of variety in the width of the lines and it takes a lot more strokes to fill in dark areas, but I like the variety of squiggles I can get with it. I also like the way I can control the subtle shading.

I didn’t do a lot of drawing today, but I did enjoy drawing different squiggles!

Here is a quick stand of evergreen trees. I’m striving for more variety. I think I still have a lot of work to do on that.

And here is a strange doodle I made. I was practicing with a larger pen and working on parallel strokes with a lot of variety.
